Changes to the website

I've been tinkering with the website, as you probably noticed, trying to make it more user-friendly.  The navigation buttons are all at the bottom of the snazzy new banner; the front page has changed; I've enabled ratings for everything (yeh, that was on the to-do list for a very long time, but I never finished the configuration).  Also, I've configured subscriptions.  There are two easy ways to subscribe to content: 1) when you log in to the website, click on Notifications.  Under the heading "Create a new subscription", you'll find a number of links to control your subscriptions.  Tags allows you to subscribe to a given keyword or location; content type allows you to subscribe to just, say, the blog or the videos; author allows you to subscribe to everything I post.  However, if you're going to go the keyword route, the easier way to do it is to view a blog post or video that you like by clicking on it when you're on the front page.  When you're on the page for that blog post or video, you'll see a (collapsed by default) box that says "Subscriptions".  If you click on it, it will open up and you'll see some checkboxes that allow you to subscribe to any or all of the tags, along with the content type and author as above.
